Apple
Oats porridge recipe is made by chopped apples, roasted oats and cooked in milk
and served as breakfast or sweet recipe for your toddlers. This recipe is
wholesome porridge in which include proteins, vitamins, carbs, calcium and more
nutrition values.
Milk is
a good source of calcium, which is extremely important for the development of
your baby’s bones and growing age. This recipe is good for babies as well as
adults as a dessert or breakfast recipe.

Toddler Recipe
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
Servings: 1 Cup

Ingredients:
1/4 Cup
Instant Rolled Oats
1/4 Cup
Red Apple, Peeled and Grated
1 Tsp.
Butter
2/3 Cup
Milk
1 Tbsp.
Sugar Powdered
A Pinch
of Cardamom Powder
Instructions:
Heat
the butter in a non-stick saucepan, add oats and saute for few minutes on a low
flame.
Add
milk and sugar and mix well. Add cardamom powder and cook on a low flame for
3-5 minutes, stir continuously.
Add
grated apple and mix well. Cook again for 1-2 minutes.
Remove
from the flame and keep aside to cool.
Serve
lukewarm or room temperature.
Notes: if you want, you can
blend this mixture in a mixer to a smooth puree for toddler or babies.
