All Pakistan Muslim League (APML), the party of former President General (retd) Pervez Musharraf, has announced to boycott the forthcoming general elections.
APML general secretary Dr Amjad announced the decision at a press conference here in Islamabad alongside party’s information secretary Aasia Ishaq on Friday.
Dr. Amjad strongly criticized election commission for their biased role against party Chief Pervez Musharraf and said he is a victim of judicial terrorism. He said that APML workers will hold sit-in outside Supreme Court on May 11.
Aasia Ishaq said that those who robbed the country have been allowed to contest election but Musharraf, who saved Pakistan in the time of difficulties, have been prohibited for contesting election for his whole life.
