Well known Bollywood director Anurag Basu, whose recent film Barfi! has won accolades says his upcoming project a biopic on late singer-actor Kishore Kumar is taking a lot of time and will start next year. During this period, he will start another film.
At the inauguration of Wassup Andheri Fest, Basu said: “I am writing three films right now and will select one of them and then make it. The reason for doing so is that the biopic of Kishore Kumar will take a lot of time and might start next year.”
The heartthrob of Bollywood, Ranbir Kapoor will portray the role of legendary singer Kishore Kumar. The search for the female lead to play the role of actress Madhubala is still going on.
