One of the benefits of growing older is that, as one's memory isn't what it used to be, you don't have to always be looking for new books to read but can enjoy afresh those you've read some time ago - as if it's a new experience. So it was that recently I picked up Bernard Cornwell's novel Wildtrack recently, knowing I had read it a long time ago, and I found it a terrific read all over again. If you don't know it, and if you're a sailor and like reading novels of suspense or thrillers, this is a book you'll not want to miss. Read the review here and then rush out and get it!
