Animal Training 101

Since I last wrote, things have been fun and crazy at the zoo/circus. I have had about 4 dates with the Comedian, all of them ending fairly well and involving libations. Seriously, I hope no one thinks I'm a lush or an alcoholic.
The most significant date was last weekend where we went to see a midnight comedy show. We had drinks and snacks before hand. I was so anxious and nervous that I ended up getting Long Islands. Probably not the best idea but at least I didn't fall down.
I understand why they call alcohol liquid courage. It wasn't too long before we were into the PDAs. That is very uncharacteristic of me besides the occasional handholding. As usual, he didn't object. I think I have only known 2 men who actually objected to PDAs.
At one point, I was sitting on his lap during the show. He pulled me over to him. That was a first. Something that intrigued and scared me was the fact that I was starting to have feelings for him. A full crush. When was the last time I had a crush on anyone? Honestly, probably about 7 years ago. This is before that night. Is it possible to get dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin before physical intimacy?
Then yesterday morning, while I was at work, I got a text from an unfamiliar number. It basically said something about sorry I haven't contacted you in a while. Would you like to go for a walk? I texted back, "Who is this?". Then I got my response- it was the Local. OMG! I told him that I was not interested. Where did that come from?
So, if luck prevails, I will see the Comedian tomorrow. It's been rough trying to tame this cub. If anyone has any animal training/taming advice for me, I'd appreciate it.
