When in doubt, "I wear animal prints" : for me wearing animal over other prints has always worked and this outfit today is a proof of the same. The sartorial pleasure I get in doing so is just tremendous and beyond all expression.
Over years, I have gained so much confidence in pairing prints together, that now it comes naturally to me. But if you are a newbie, then taking baby steps would be the way to go. Try coupling your animal print with either another neutral or even a solid bright, in case you are feeling a bit more adventurous. Always start with smaller prints ( leopard works the best ) and as you've gained confidence, graduate to wearing bolder prints. Keeping prints in the same color family ( my outfit color scheme for instance) also helps. As you get use to one print, you will naturally feel the urge to incorporate more daring prints, and before you would know- you would have decoded the art of animal print mixing......!
