I have a gorgeous blue to share with you today from Anchor & Heart Lacquer.
Winter Blues is the last polish from the Winter Seasonal Indie Box. It's a lovely blue with glass flecks and holo microglitters. It has a great formula; it applies really well and is opaque in two easy coats.
I decided to use China Glaze Flyin' High with dry brush strokes of Winter Blues on my index and middle fingers. I then stamped a delicate image from the Queen Celebration Collection Lace Blossom plate in silver over it. I love how this combo turned out!
