Amsterdam. Part 1.

In October my brother and I took a little random last minute trip to Amsterdam. It's the first time either of us had been and I absolutely loved it. I totally fell in love, such a beautiful place!
We stayed for 4 nights in a not so nice but "okay-ish" hotel, it wasn't in a very nice area... You know when your on a transfer from the airport to your hotels and you always get to a rough looking hotel and your secretly like "hope that's not ours, hope that's not ours"... well THAT dreaded hotel was ours. It wasn't too bad in all fairness... just a bit drab and dull and in a not so nice area. The gates outside the hotel added some class to it I suppose (please sense the sarcasm in that sentence).

Even though we did the majority of the things we wanted to do I still feel like there's so much more to see and do! I'm definitely planning on going back again next year. I got rather snap happy whilst there... A lot of the photos are still on my brothers phone which I need to transfer onto my laptop, hence the part 1 name [If I put all the photos in one post it would be a VERY long and boring post] I took my camera with me, brought batteries at the airport got to Amsterdam and realised I'd forgot my memory card. What an absolute dickhead!!!

Here's a few of the photos I took on my phone from Rotterdam Zoo. That was BLOODY FANTASTIC!! OH MY GOD!!!! If you ever ever ever get the chance to go... GO! It was just amazing!!!!! Me and Greg literally spent the whole day there before we knew it it was tea time and had to be back in Amsterdam. It was just soo good!!!
