Amber Tamblyn and David Cross, the newlywed have finally made it official!
‘The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants’ actress, 29, and ‘The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret’ actor, 48, tied the knot and exchanged wedding bands on Saturday, the actress’ rep confirmed to People magazine.
The longtime lovebirds confirmed their engagement in August 2011 after dating for two years.
Filmmaker/director Lance Bangs shared the news of the couple’s nuptials with an Instagram photo of the newlyweds slow dancing at their wedding with their arms wrapped around each other.
“Yo La Tengo playing Superchunk, Mission of Burma, and Pixies covers at David and Amber’s wedding,” Bangs captioned his shot.
This is the first marriage for both Tamblyn and the ‘Arrested Development’ actor, Cross.
Last month, Tamblyn celebrated Blake Lively’s wedding to Ryan Reynolds with ‘Sisterhood’ co-stars America Ferrera, 28 and Alexis Bledel, 30.
Tamblyn well recognized for her roles in ‘The Sisterhood of Traveling Pants’ and ‘Joan of Arcadia’, most recently recurred on House. She will appear in Quentin Tarantino’s upcoming ‘Django Unchained’.
David starred as the main character in IFC’s ‘The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret’. Tamblyn has shared the screen with Cross for on the show. He also reprised his role as Tobias for the revived ‘Arrested Development’, set to debut on Netflix in the spring.
