Zack Snyder’s take on Superman, Man of Steel blew up the box office records as soon as it landed in theaters.The film also received mixed reactions from the fans. Although, one thing all of them loved in this film was the new Superman costume because it’s a relief that Superman has finally learned not to wear his underwear on the outside.
The new costume for Superman was made after going through a lot of concept designs. Concept artist of the movie Ed Natividad (Total Recall, The Amazing Spider-Man, Star Wars: Episodes I & II, Terminator 3) has revealed some of his alternate costume designs for Man of Steel characters. Some of them looks a little bit ridiculous. Like this General Zod with way too bulky Kryptonian armor. Although, the improved Superman cape looks pretty awesome.
