ALOO MUTTER GRAVY | ALOO PEAS MASALA RECIPE

Ingredients:
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Onion - 1 number , Chopped
- Green Chilli - 2 numbers , slit
- Tomato - 1 number , Diced
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tea spoon ( Click here to view the recipe )
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Red Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
- Potato - 2 numbers , Skin out and chopped
- Peas - 1/4 cup
- GaramMasala Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Water - As needed .

Method :
- Heat oil in a Wok . Add the cumin seeds and allow it to splutter .
- Add the onions and green chillis and stir . cook till onions become soft .
- Add the Tomato and cook till they become mushy . Add the turmeric powder , salt .
- Add some red chilli powder and mix . Now add the Ginger Garlic Paste .
- Add some Water and bring the contents to a boil . Now add the potatoes and cook till they become soft .
- Now add the peas and cook till they become soft .
- Add the garam Masala Powder and Mix well .
- Cook till the gravy becomes thick and till the oil separates out from the curry .
- Aloo Mutter ( Peas ) Masala is ready to serve . Serve this Aloo Mutter Masala recipe with Steamed Rice and Parathas.
