Hi guys. How is your Thursday going?

Mine’s going pretty darn good. I’m livin’ like a California Girl should.

Well… I’m not at the beach. That’s probably the only thing that could be a little better. But, I’m not complainin’.

Breakfast

For breakfast this morning I had some hot magic lemon water, green tea and 2 evoo fried eggs with salt, pepper and dill on a slice of toasted sprouted grain bread.

Day 2 of the uuber clean eating is going pretty awesome. I’m not feeling overly hungry or lethargic so that’s awesome. But I’ve also been laying pretty low and not doing anything too strenuous.

Lunch

While I laid out I ate an entire bag of pop chips!!!

They’re sort of a splurge in terms of trying to avoid things that spike blood sugar. But I don’t count these against my clean eating because they have no chemicals or preservatives and they’re gluten free.

After laying out I heated up some minestrone soup.

That’s the great part of living in Coastal Central California, it’s sunny but it’s still only 70 degrees out. Totally still soup weather for a soup lover like me.
