Forget how cool it is to be Coco, Ice's wife, on Ice Loves Coco, it's really cool to be Little Ice, his son too. Ice's idea of parenting is showing instead of talking, so for the "here's what can happen if you work really hard" example, Ice, Coco and Little Ice went to the Andretti compound and hung out with Mario and Marco Andretti. What an insane house and of course some pretty insane cars too. For the "here's what can happen if you screw up" example...Ice and Little Ice hung out with convicts at Sing Sing Prison. Thanks Ice...There...Scared Straight...good luck Little Ice. Don't worry...Coco was busy too...at Comic Con since some dude wanted her to be the newest character in one of his comics. Of course Coco donned the outfit above for the big day and caused quite the commotion. Can you imagine when they have a kid someday...yep...that's Mom!!!
Okay...when there's a baby in the bar on How I Met Your Mother...shark has officially been jumped. Robin's lobster allergy look...ewwww, but her ridiculous weird flirty voice and hair twirling when she was around Barney was just ridiculous. Ted's obsession with Baby Marvin, Oy Vey. Barney and the Bro Bib, Barney and Brandi and Barney and Patrice...all lame. So unfunny. Please writers, please just get there already. You owe us all a nice wrap up at this point, so let's just get on with it already!
CeeLo was under the weather this week on The Voice and appeared to come to the set in Mrs. Ropers shmata from Threes Company. In CeeLo's absence, Pat Monahan from Train worked with the team and did a great job. Drooptina' eyelashes were crazy long, her blond wig and sparkly headband worked for me. Looks like Adam bought a new white pinstriped shirt but he could wear a potato sack and I'd be happy.
We are down to the final 6 contestants and the competition is stiff...Nicholas David sang "September" by Earth, Wind & Fire which I didn't love it but it was still good. Nick's sweatiness thing is a problem for me, but I will get past it if he wins the show. He's mega talented which he demonstrated with his rendition of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" which was amazing and a version I will be purchasing.
Cassadee Pope started the night with "Stand" by Rascal Flatts which was good but not my fave and then she sang the Avril Lavigne song "I'm With You" and while that too was really good, I was more intrigued by the stars painted onto her hair. (I'm guessing it's a stencil?)Amanda Brown performed "You Make Me Feel Like A Natural Women" which was amazing and then she changed it up and did "Here I Go Again" by Whitesnake which was equally as amazing. She could win this thing easy.
Terry McDermott aka Shirley Partridge started with "I Wanna Know What Love Is" by Foreigner which was my fave of the night and then if that wasn't awesome enough his second shot was another kick ass song... Rod Stewart's "Stay with Me" which I really loved and would actually buy.
Trevin Hunte came out sweaty before he sung a note. At first I thought it was Droopy's sparkles but then I realized it was sweat. He started with Katrina and the Waves "Walking on Sunshine" which was fine, but then he came back and belted out "I'm Telling You I'm Not Going" from Dreamgirls. It annoyed me that they kept referring to the song as Jennifer Hudson's...it was made famous by a different Jennifer...Holliday but it didn't matter, Trevin literally blew the roof off the place and Droopy offered Trevin a place on tour with her, her wigs, and the Droopettes.
Half & Half chick Melanie Martinez had half a piano and sang CeeLo's song "Crazy"...I hated it, but you guys know I really don't like her at all and I really didn't enjoy her second song at all either. At this point as long as Melanie doesn't win...I'm good.
How many times did the women of BH say "it's inappropriate" during Real Housewives of Beverly Hills last night. All the hoopla was because Brandi, who seems to be the only interesting housewife at this point, told Adrienne to "Shut the F Up". I mean really? They've never said, heard, or used that word before? I couldn't believe Lisa made Brandi apologize for it and I can't believe half of the show was devoted to how shocking it was that she uttered these terrible words. I love when the Housewives cry and you can barely tell they are doing so because most of their face doesn't move at all it's just classic. Once the girls got over Brandi's use of profanity, they did shots and then cartwheels...literally. We even got to see Taylor's naked butt! Not sure why that isn't more upsetting than the F word, but hey, I'm not from Beverly Hills, I don't know the rules. Taylor did have the best line of the night though. When Yolanda, the most uptight bore ever, said that she was going to Europe for a holistic back treatment where they inject baby lamb blood into your back, Taylor said something like "In Beverly Hills, nothing shocks me...if you can inject it, someone will try it." Well, now that's been proven.
