POP 7

This 7in tablet measures 192 x 113 x 8.9mm and weighs 285g. It has a TFT capacitive touchscreen and a resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels. It runs Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) on a dual-core Cortex-A7 processor, clocked at 1.3 GHz with 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage (expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card). The POP 7 has a 2-megapixel camera, that can shoot 1600 x 1200 pixel photos and 720p videos. A front VGA sensor has also been integrated into the device. Its Li-Ion 3,240 mAh will give you about 300 hours of standby time.

The second phablet, the POP 8, has an 8in IPS capacitive touchscreen (resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels). It is slightly larger than the POP 7, measures 209x123x7.9 mm and weighs 325g. The POP 8 is also faster because it has a 1.3 GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 processor. Other specifications are the same as the ones found in the POP 7: Android 4.2, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of storage (expandable, too), 2-megapixel camera and a VGA front sensor. Its battery is somewhat better than the 7in phablet’s – 4,100 mAh, which translates into about 500 hours of standby time.
