A sailor since childhood, Alain Raas’s many sailing competitions around the world and a successful transpacific crossing have given him in-depth knowledge of the industry. Aquila Power Catamarans’ new Global Brand Director will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that the company’s objectives are in line with the brand’s standards, while providing essential support and advice to Aquila dealers worldwide.
Previously, Alain Raas worked as Aquila Brand Manager at MarineMax. His unique and varied experience will contribute to the brand’s continued global expansion and the successful launch of several new models in the coming years. “My passion is to bring beautifully crafted products from the design and concept phase through to launch – says Alain Raas – Aquila has a very broad vision of its product portfolio for the years to come, and I’m delighted to be part of realizing that vision.
