This ANA A380 taxies by the United Club to depart for a flight to Tokyo. The world’s largest passenger airliner, the A380 made its first flight in April 2005 and began commercial service with ANA in 2021. ANA operates only three of these Airbus A380 in their fleet. This aircraft is nicknamed “Flying Honu” and wears a striking sunset orange sea turtle livery. This aircraft began service from Tokyo to Hawaii in October 2023. On 17 March 2021, the final Airbus A380 (manufacturing serial number 272) made its maiden flight from Toulouse to Hamburg for cabin outfitting before being delivered to Emirates.
