Marvel and ABC have officially announced the renewal of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. for a second season. I think most people feel that the series really picked up and found its footing in the second half of its first season and season 2 should be a blast.
Along with that announcement, they also announced that the long rumored Agent Carter series has been ordered directly to series. The Agent Carter One Shot was released with the Iron Man 3 Blu Ray and speculation began immediately that it would end up going to series. I reviewed the one shot way back in September and loved it. I think that it could potentially be the better of the two Marvel series that will be on ABC’s schedule next year.
