Aesop’s latest release is a lightweight, water-resistant sunscreen for the body, with an evocative, refreshing aroma and a silky matte finish. Silica, a naturally occurring mineral, absorbs excess oil to leave skin feeling exceptionally soft and smooth. Essential oils of Spearmint and Lemon impart a distinctive, pleasing aroma and totally soothing. I just applied a light layer into uncovered skin fifteen minutes prior to sun exposure, I kept the lotion with all the time, if I went swimming I reapplied, otherwise just used as I needed it. From experience this is a SPF that can use used on the most sensitive skin, and it comes highly recommended. To maintain protection, reapply every eighty minutes and after perspiring, swimming or toweling dry. Protective Body Lotion SPF50 is packaged in a convenient 150 mL pump bottle.
