Adventure Aberdeen: Westburn Park

Hey guys, This is yet another installlment of Adventure Aberdeen, a much shorter one today though! So this post is about a place called Westburn Park. Which is very different to what we expected it to be! Westburn park is, of course free, and it is a place where you could go for a picturesque dog walk or play badminton with a net, or rounders with a group of friends on a hot day. There isn't much to see at Westburn Park, but I'd recommend it for somewhere to relax especially if you manage to worm your way out of working on a Sunday or something! In addition to this, there is a play area and a little skate park where (if you have kids) you could let them wear themselves out on a warm day! The river is very nice to sit by, and there are picnic benches everywhere perfect for a family day out. It's situated opposite of Victoria Park, which we also visited and will be doing a blog about in the next few days! Here are some photos we took of Westburn Park, enjoy!
