Crikey, not long to go now! Behind the seventeenth window of my advent calendar there is this most magical gown by who else but Worth. What could be more redolent of Christmas than the delicately shimmering gold stars against a pale oyster silk background? I think it’s wonderful and such a romantic dress – perfect for special parties or an evening getting all misty eyed at the opera.
It’s sad times here as the last ever episode of Ripper Street was shown last night and went out on a proper shouting at the television MAJOR HIGH. I can’t bear it. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT.
Anyway, hope your descent into the Christmas madness is going as (relatively) well as mine!
