Justice League 3000 hits your local comic shop on December 11th, but DC has released an advanced preview that shows us Howard Porter’s art and the costume designs. The book is being written by Keith Giffen and J.M. DeMatteis and there is a lot of secrecy around this group of superheroes.
Just because it takes place in the 31st Century, don’t expect that it will have any connection to the Legion of Super Heroes. In fact, they have said that this book will be its own thing. The character designs look great, especially Batman and Green Lantern, and Giffen and DeMatteis have done the Justice League thing before with great success. I’m really looking forward to seeing what they do and to figure out the mystery that they are already building.
