Added Some New Bits into My Surf Fitness Routine

I’ve added a few little exercises into my routine, in fact it safe to say I’ve revamped the whole thing! I still do a lot of core work, using functional training mostly, but I supplement this with a lot of time spent on my Balance Board, playing Golf, playing Tennis – generally keeping as active as possible.

I love using the Balance Board, I’m up to around 6 or 7 minutes on it now with out any part of it touching the ground. I just stand and practice on it when watching the TV, but I tell you, playing wipeout on the ps3 is a challenge when you’re trying to balance!
