Much like U2’s classic, “with or without you”, Our debut single “Cave in” is a song about the dichotomy of an unhealthy relationship. It’s about being in a long term relationship where one person starts to give up so much for the other persons happiness that they lose their sense of personal identity. They begin to resent their partner eventually falling into a hopeless state of mind where they’re confused and unsure of what they want for themselves because they’re so accustomed to a life together they don’t know how to live without each other, despite the fact that they are slowly tearing each other apart.
