Abbey House Wedding Photographer with Nichola & Dan

There’s something special and alluring when it comes to weddings held in the stunning village of Abbotbury, Dorset.

Nichola & Dan had flown home from Thailand where they currently live, to celebrate in Nichola’s hometown of Weymouth. Living and working in such an exotic part of the world, it could be questioned as to why?

Family ties of course being important, coming home to family and friends not seen for some time is reason in itself. Yet Abbotsbury is a place like no other. Stunning scenery, history, it’s own micro-climate, sub tropical gardens and a magic all of its own.

We’ve worked as Abbey House Wedding Photographers before, that wedding like this bathed in sunshine, with great energy and beautiful moments.

Holy Trinity Weymouth Wedding

Their ceremony was held at the Holy Trinity Church in Weymouth. A beautiful big church over looking the bridge and harbor in the center of the town. A cousin performed the service, that was followed by tea and cake being served before moving on to the reception in Abbotsbury.
