RewardStyle graciously included me at a party honoring the top 25 bloggers in Dallas. It was so cool to be in a room full of women passionate about what they do every day. I also got the chance to meet Merritt Beck at the event. Her blog, The Style Scribe, was one of my inspirations for starting Brooke du jour, so I was a teensy bit star struck when she hugged me!

Hot pink is having a major moment this fall.I, for one, couldn’t be happier as I’ve always been a pink lady. I spotted this cozy and cute Forever21 sweater and snapped it up in two other colors.
I’m all about studded anything right now so I accessorized my sweater with a studded collar shirt also from Forever21. The gold grommets add a sexy feel to the sweet sweater.
Because I can’t resist a little pink on pink, I slipped on a pair of the latest loafers from Target. Aren’t the little tassels an adorable touch?
I balanced the guilt-free price tags of my Forever 21 tops,Target shoes and Gap jeans with a splurge-worthy purse. My Tory Burch bag seems like a timeless take on the Birkin bag.
