This post is for all of the ladies out there. If you're feeling like your yoga and/or meditation practice is lacking in feminine qualities or not honoring your feminine spirit, check out some of these resources. I, for one, started my yoga practice with a very vigorous, active practice that was very masculine in feel. Years later I found myself feeling disconnected and burned out, so I changed to a gentler practice that focused on being receptive.
