A Quickie: Oprah and Her Little Red Fat Wagon

I haven't been a big Oprah fan since some time in the 90's. However, I was huge fan in the 80's.
Do you remember that Oprah episode where Oprah wheeled out the little red wagon with 67 pounds of fat on it? I was within normal weight for my height when that show was on. I was floored. Sad thing is, when I started to lose, I had 3.2 bags on me. Now I have 2.1
So happy to be changing my life!
