Day 2 of the 4 day challenge has been a little difficult. Not because I’m not choosing healthy foods but because I feel kinda blah today. Being a girl can be really frustrating sometimes! I’d like to skip my fitness, ditch work, go put on my fat pants and watch some Jersey Shore or Real Housewives of Orange County. I’ll get all that in tonight, I promise. And NO! I will not skip my run today!!!

A full size Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad from Wendy’s.

My ‘blah’ status had me wanting all things fried. So I sacrificed a little nutritious health for emotional happiness… sometimes that’s just gotta happen.

The salad was really good for a quick drive-through salad and I’m sure I’ll definitely have it again sometime in the future.

Fast Food

I always feel a little guilty when I post fast food meals here on MaMo because so many health bloggers don’t go near anything with a drive-through. And honestly, I get it. It’s not the absolute healthiest choice out there.

But I do believe there are nutritious and healthier choices to be made for those people who chose to order their food from the front seat of their car, and I will be one of these people.
