If you are a fan of Samsung’s tablets, you’ll be glad to hear that the company is planning to launch a new one in the US next month. It’s been a while since Samsung launched a tablet in the US, and this time around, it will be a mid-range device, available in two different screen sizes.
The first Galaxy Tab A model will sport an 8” screen, the other a 9.7” one, but that’s where there differences end. The rest of the specs include a resolution of 1,024 × 768 display, 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor, 1.5GB of RAM, a 5-megapixel rear camera, and a 2-megapixel front-facing one. You’ll be able to get the Tab A with either 16GB or 32GB of built-in storage, as well as 100GB of free OneDrive storage for the next two years.
There’s also talk about an S-Pen variant of the same tablet, which will be slightly more expensive than the other two. You’ll be able to get the tablets in either white, smoky titanium, or smoky blue.
