The BBC have done it again, With a program basically the same but swapping baking trays for sewing needles, The Great British Sewing Bee. 8 home sewers compete in different challenges each week set out by the judges, May Martin from the WI (which I still really want to join by the way) and the incredibly easy on the eye Patrick Grant from Saville Row, Now there's a dashing man!!

I went to my dad's yesterday for my usual Sunday dinner and catch up and ended up glued to this program with my Step Mom. It has totally inspired me to dust off my sewing machine and make sure I make time to get back into sewing again. It's a massive passion of mine as you will know and it's been SOOO long since I've made anything!!I have a feeling this program will be inspiring thousands of people to dig out old scraps and get creating again. Even if your not a crafter I would totally suggest watching this, just because first of all Patrick Grant is just a total babe and second of all we can all drool over Claudia Winkleman's wardrobe (she's one of my girl crushes).Out of the 8 my favorite contender so far is Ann, She's such a cutie and I'm totally repping her cause' she's from Birmingham. and 81. LEGEND!!!
