A Name in Neon Lights

By Fairlylight

A few weeks ago I was having a mooch around Selfridges, supposedly doing a bit of Christmas shopping. I found myself amongst the most fabulous selection of Neon installations created by God’s Own Junkyard. God's Own Junkyard Neon Vintage Signs

Sadly these vintage unique pieces are a little out of my price range but I am still keen to own my own bit of neon and today I share a few of my finds.

At £275, Rockett St George modestly priced ‘kiss’ sign is created from four individual letters clipped together. A cheaper alternative is just taking one letter, number or character from a selection at Heals. For £35 you can have a stylish neon love heart in your home.

Alternatively you could bypass the light and the transformers all together and go for an Ink and Son’s personalised print for £29.99

I also love the retro style of this eBay Cocktail Lounge sign. I think I can just about justify the £119.99 price tag as it would make the finishing touch to my Office, despite the fact I’m unlikely to sip any mojitos in there!

How about you? Have you tracked down any fluro gems recently?
