Christmas Reindeer in the IFC Mall, Hong Kong
I always find this time of year arrives far too quickly. Even though the shops stock their Christmas goodies well in advance and give you ample notice, I still find myself running about last minute trying to organize Christmas gifts. As I sit writing this on 23rd December, I still haven’t decided what we are eating on Christmas Day! I’m sure it will work out well in the end (*fingers crossed*)
You won’t find any recipes in this post but just a short note to wish all my readers a very Merry Christmas and warm wishes for a Happy and Healthy New Year. Thank you for taking the time to read my posts, make comments and converse with me over the last few months. It’s been such a pleasure .
We’ll be spending Christmas in Hong Kong and I thought I would leave you with some photos of how the Christmas scene currently looks.
Although we don’t have snow, the Shopping Malls are tastefully decorated in Christmas and Winter themes.

Last Sunday we spent the afternoon on the beach and the temperature soared to a whopping 24°C. These photos set the scene today, a still rather pleasant 15°C and a deserted beach!
Discovery Bay, Hong Kong – Beach life is very quiet at the moment!
And the Christmas flowers are out in full bloom!
