This morning, while I helped ship out a bunch of boxes to Crate & Barrel I tweaked my knee a little. I’m not worried about it or anything but it is a little frustrating. Before we get to that, lets talk food.
Lunch
We worked all morning on shipping wall decor and editing my Dad’s soon-to-print coffee table book, so at 11:30 it was lunchtime.
We went to the Secret Carl’s Jr. It’s secret because it’s new, in an unused area of town, and no one goes there.
I had the Men’s Health and Eat This Not That inspired and created Charbroiled Turkey Breast Burger, half of a small fry and a diet coke.
I honestly don’t even care that this burger is fast food. It’s really good and healthy (490 calories and low in fat).

Snack
Before my jog with Dorothy I felt really hungry so I filled up on some veggies and protein.
Cajun Andouille sausages and steamed broccoli. I dipped the sausages in hot mustard and had a little honey mustard dressing drizzled over the broccoli.
Can you believe this snack was only 140 calories?!?!
