Hair & Beauty Magazine
Yesterday David and I took a much needed trip into Glasgow to do a bit of shopping, finally see Iron Man 3 at the cinema (which we both thoroughly enjoyed!) and have a lovely dinner, and while we were wandering around town I picked up a few little things that I've been needing lately. I'm one of these people who loves reading haul posts and I know that this one is tiny comparison to others, but I thought why not put together a mini haul since these products are essentials for me and will be getting a lot of use. I'm sure I'll be posting individual reviews of these products soon so keep your eyes peeled for that!
Boots Ingredients Coconut & Almond Leave-In Conditioner (£1.39) - It's no secret that I love the Coconut & Almond hair range from Boots as I've repurchased the intensive hair mask so many times already, and I thought it was about time I try their leave-in conditioner as my hair has turned into such a tangled mess these days. My hair isn't very thick but there is a lot of it which means it gets tangled very easily, and it's gotten to the stage where my Tangle Teezer is even struggling so my next port of call was a leave-in conditioner which I can apply to my hair when it's damp.
Garnier Moisture Match Goodbye Dry (currently £3.99 in Superdrug, normal price is £5.99) - You'd think that the slightly nicer weather would reduce the dryness of my skin as it's normally prone to dry patches on my cheeks and chin, but lately it just seems to have gotten even worse which is annoying. I'm coming to the end of my Superdrug Vitamin E day cream and wanted a change as I didn't feel as though it was doing much for my skin anymore, and after the lovely Gemma from Miss Makeup Magpie recommended the new Garnier Moisture Match moisturiser I had to give it a go. I just happened to have a few sachets of the moisturiser in my box of samples and fell in love with it, so I swiftly nipped into Superdrug and picked it up as it's currently on offer.
T-Zone Clear Out Nose Pore Strips (£1.50) - I've recently been getting into pore strips for the nose as blackheads have been a big problem for me, and so I was on the hunt for a new box after using up an old box that I found in the bathroom cupboard. There's nothing more satisfying than peeling back one of these strips and seeing just how well it has worked at removing dirt from your nose so more strips were a must have! I found these T-Zone nose strips in Savers for about £1.50 which I thought was a total bargain compared to the Biore strips which cost around £8. You get 6 strips in the box and I'm very much looking forward to using one tonight as I'm planning on having a bit of a pamper.
