Happy Friday!
Max and I are off to Lake Tahoe today at noon. Are you a little envious? I hope we can still be friends.
This morning I made a breakfast quicker than eggs!
A lightly pea-nutty protein shake with white chocolate strawberry coffee.
I went a little crazy on drinks this AM.
Since it’s Friday, and that’s always cause of celebration I wanted fun things for breakfast. Voila.
to make the lightly pea-nutty protein shake:
- add 8oz unsweetened coconut milk
- add 4oz water
- 1 TBSP peanut butter (I used Adams)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Spiru-Tein)
Shake it like a polaroid picture and enjoy it like a moment captured in time.
If you’d like just a pea-nutty protein shake add 2 TBSP peanut butter and shake it x2.
I also had some Archer Farms White Chocolate Strawberry coffee in my brand spankin’ new commuter cup. A fuji apple for good measure.
I really liked these pictures… Breakfast this morning was about 300 calories!
Last night I was a crazy choco-beast of snacking!
I usually munch something at night after I post dinner. But last night’s creation was insane and I HAD to share it.
These two things combined and created a baby in my mouth… a baby of buttery gluten free pretzel(ey) dark chocolate awesomness.
Holy magic!
