This dress that you see on me today is kind of out of my comfort zone, not for it's shorter hemline but for it's body-hugging silhouette. I am not the kind of girl who likes to dress up in clothes that are too close to my body, especially the one's that hug all my curves. I have always lived happily, hiding behind my not-so-snug but not-so-frumpy clothes, which for all these years played my security blanket for hiding all body issues. Not that I have big-time body issues, but I had resorted to the painless choice of wearing easy-fit clothes for camouflaging whatever many I had. But thanks to this dress, a gift from SHEINSIDE.COM, that completely changed my perception ( for good ) of my body. When SHEINSIDE.COM reached out to me and offered me a clothing item of my choice ( in lieu of this post ) I knew I was getting this delicate beauty. It is white and subtle, textured and lacey and does all the needful in bringing out the best in me. I am so glad I chose this dress and for reference I am wearing a size M but I wouldn't have cared less for a size L. If not for this girly-girl curve-hugging dress, I would have never known of my shapely body that I had been hiding under loose fitting clothes for all these years.
