A Day With Coffee

If you’re like me who can’t carry a day without a cup of coffee at least then this post is just right for you. I know I’m not alone, there are probably millions out there who embraced coffee as part of their lives and prefer its aroma over a high-end perfume. There are many coffee species but coffee arabica is the most famous where the finest beans are brewed to give you the best coffee taste experience. With every cup of coffee or more that give you kick in a day, how much do you know about it? It’s not just but a brewed drink that flows into your system and keeps you sane during the day, coffee is actually loaded with chemicals that’s good and bad for your body.

Caffeine is the primary chemical present in coffee that acts as stimulant. This is the reason why you are up and keeps your eyelids open up to midnight. Sounds cool huh! But do you know that excessive caffeine intake should be cut back? Why? Because excessive caffeine may cause restlessness, headaches, palpitation and anxiety. It is also known to increase symptoms of Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease or GERD. Recent studies also suggests coffee contains antioxidants good for the skin and has been linked to help prevent Diabetes type 2 and Alzheimer’s disease.

Effects of Coffee To Your Health

While it is still a debate whether or not coffee is good or bad for our health, it is still the undisputed favorite beverage enjoyed by many. I am one of those and I know you are too. Many might consider to kick out this habit out of fear of possible complications. I myself was advised by my doctor to stay away from this “black liquid” as he call it as it elevates my uric acid and I did. I cut my four mugs to two. Fair enough right? It’s even 😊. Seriously, I find it too hard to completely remove it from my daily menu but until my uric acid isn’t dropping down yet, I think I have to compromise.

How To Make The Best Coffee Mix?

How much you would enjoy coffee depends on how you make it. Some prefers brewed while I prefer instant. Some like decaf and I say no to that. I would love to sip an either a black coffee or if the taste becomes mundane at times, I would pour in milk and I was happy with that. But recently, my colleague taught me to modify the coffee taste I thought was the best long time ago. I must say, this is the best coffee mix I have ever tried to date. Trust me and it won’t take a coffee maker to make one. Are you ready? Here we go!

You need the following:

I sachet of Nescafé 3-in-1 (you could try other brands)
1 sachet Nescafé Cappuccino ( other brands will do)
4 tbsp. evaporated milk
Sugar to taste

Preparation:

Mix coffee and add evaporated milk. This will make two cups for two wonderful coffeenatics 😊. Add sugar to taste and voila! You have the best coffee mix ever.
