Description
'A Book in Pictures' is an original feature, in which I ask authors or readers to choose pictures that relate to their own book or their favorite book in some way, be it photographs of the setting, actors who would play the characters in a movie, or pictures of anything that inspired them whilst writing/reading. I then ask them to explain why they chose those pictures.

Plot Synopsis
Thousands of years after the battle between the angels, when Lucifer was defeated by Michael in the Heavens, the war is still being fought on Earth by the humans who have their Power, the Angel’s Power.
Allison Stevens is a 21 year old single mother who gets thrown into the middle of this battle when Damien, the Leader of the Rising, decides to hunt her down and kill her because he fears she is the descendant prophesied to save the world. David, a member of the Order, takes Allison under his wing in order to show her the ropes, and hopefully groom her into being the one they have been waiting for. The only problem is that they start to grow more attached than a teacher/student relationship should allow.But that isn’t all. Damien wants to open the Seven Seals and bring about the apocalypse and it’s up to Allison to not only save herself and her family, but save the world, all while trying to keep her heart from breaking.No problem… right?Without further ado let me present Theresa's representation of her book through pictures...
Characters
AllisonAllison is a young, unwed mother, who has to really grow up when she realizes that she has descended from a line of powerful women, destined to help save the world. She is stubborn, impatient, honest and cares more for others than herself.
David
David is a powerful member of the Order (a group of Powerful humans) who takes Allison under his wing to help her on her journey. He begins to have deep feelings for her though, and the line between their student/teacher relationship begins to blur. He is compassionate, considerate, and super hot.
Rick
Rick is an older man, and on the Council in the Order. (The council are the most powerful beings in the Order) He had been around Allison when she was younger, but then left, as he had to fulfill his duties of trying to keep the world safe. Though she doesn’t know it, he never stopped caring for Allison, and will always love her as if she were his own daughter.
Damien
Damien is the Leader of the Rising (the bad guys) who has come to believe that Allison is the prophised descendant destined to save the world, and kill him. In his spare time, he enjoys torturing helpless humans, and vows he will bring about the Apocalypse.
Lilith
Lilith is Damien's right had man (or woman) and lives mainly to please herself. She is very powerful, but still only wants to be more powerful. She is fiercely loyal to Damien and truly believes in his mission to start the Apocalypse.
Samantha
Samantha is Allisons Five year old daughter, who is smart beyond her years, and saves Allisons life in more than one way.
Settings
The Sierra Nevada Mountains houses The Compound, a hidden fortress where the Order resides. You have to take a helicopter to get to the doors of the Compound, and once you enter, you are completely hidden from the outside world. Allison and Samantha go with David and Rick to stay in the Compound, where she learns how to control her Power.
This field in Kansas may look ordinary, but it is this field where the final battle takes place. A place where there can be no innocent bystanders affected by their epic battle. Allison, Rick, David and other Order Members go to meet with Damien and the Rising in an attempt at… well saving the world.
