There are some children who take time to develop their motor skills. For these children, it becomes difficult for them to develop the muscles in their hands.
For them to develop fine motor skills we need to involve them in activities that will encourage them to develop faster.
Here are 7 activities that will fine tune your child’s motor skills that have taken more time than other kids to develop:
1. Play dough

Play dough is a must for all kids to develop their motor skills. Play dough helps in the process as it is stretched, molded and shaped that in turn develops the finger muscles, along with increasing the sensory feelings.

Usage of a pair of scissors helps in developing motor skills and also developing the hand muscles.

There are several games played with a simple string. Teach your child the basic concept and she will pick up on her own after that.
It improves and eye co-ordination.

I don’t know what the logic is, but kids love anything that causes a mess. Not only with it improve eye and hand co-ordination but it will also help in developing your child’s imagination and appreciate art.
5. Coloring with broken crayons

No kids can get enough out of coloring. The thrill of coloring with broken crayons is even more. Coloring with broken crayons teaches your child how to hold crayons the right way and improve grip.
6. Stringing beads

Stringing stuff, be it macaroni, beads or sequins is a great way to develop eye and hand co-ordination.
And as they say, practice makes perfect, so do not be surprised if she or he presents you with a fancy necklace out of these odd bits.
7. Squeezing sponges

Give your child a couple of buckets filled with water and ask them to transfer water from one bucket to another using a sponge.
