If something goes wrong with your heart, how you are going to know it? Remember not all heart issues will come up with clear warning signs. Some heart symptoms may not happen in your chest and most of the time it becomes difficult to find out what really is going on. If you are 50 or older, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and obese the more risk factor you would have. Each person experiences a different feeling, you may feel pain, tightness, pinching or burning.

Dizziness or lightheadedness

Women face shortness of breath or nausea than men. Women would frequently have pain in neck, jaw, back and even abdomen. If you ever feel cold sweat, dizziness or lightheadedness, be alert they are warning signs of heart attack.
Chest Pain

Chest pain is the main warning symptom of heart failure for both the sexes. The main symptom you would experience is a type of chest pressure, discomfort, pain, and burning. About 90% of both the sexes have experienced these signs.
Short of breath

If you are not able to breathe properly and feeling pressure in the chest, pain in one or both arm, they can be a sign of heart failure. If you experience any of these symptoms, consult a doctor immediately.
Your leg or feet are swollen

When your leg, feet, and even ankle gets swollen this shows your heart is not pumping blood effectively. When your heart is not able to pump blood fast this would cause bloating in the veins. Heart makes it harder for the kidney to remove extra water and sodium from your body.
Getting exhausted easily

If you are finding difficulty to climb stairs or carrying weight while walking, this means you are getting exhausted easily. Make sure you fix an appointment with your doctor right away. Many women experience unexplained weakness for days and this can be a symptom of heart disease.
People may have warning signs and symptoms for hours, days and week in advance. So you should never ignore these 5 signs of heart failure. Act immediately or take aspirin if recommended.
