By Townhousepalette @townhousepal

I do not think I ever said this, but I am a self acclaimed insomniac. I am the person who forces herself to stay  when I am dying for some shut-eye. Here are some full-proof tips to help you:)

Yes Zooey.....I could not agree more:)
Before I start, talk to me on twitter! I feel very lonely sometimes and would love some companyimage
Close your mouth: Your breathing is better regulated when you use your nose. Keeping your mouth closed also helps with less cavities! I find it hard to explain so I wrote an equation.
open mouth+breathing = dry mouth = multiplication of bacteria

I don't even need to go further because we all know whats the final outcome "cavities." So, basically I am saying close your mouth to have a smooth sleep:)
Pamper Yourself: Doing your skincare regime, brushing your teeth, and cleaning your hair! These are great ways for you to have a clam and refreshing sleep. For me it's a mental thing, I cannot go to sleep without brushing my teeth..hbu?
Pillow Mist: B and BW sells these small pillow mists in the aromatherapy section that you spray on your pillow to help you sleep. They both smell great, but it is important to spritz a little not a lot! Don't use a heavy hand because the sent is very broad, but very gentile.
Put the Gadgets Away: Have you ever told yourself, "I'll go to sleep in 5 minute." That is probebly what you are asking yourself while on your computer, TV, or phone. When you wake-up with bags under your eyes, then you know why...It's okay I am an Insomniac too.
Eat well: Don't eat too much! You should only eat to 80% of your tum-tum. Not too much where you can't sleep, but just enough where you don't wake up for the late night munchies.
Was that a helpful post? Tell me your tips in the comments below:)
