Here we meet again and this time with a beauty post. So if you're wondering what new happened, there's a new design, logo and new content sections coming up - beauty's one of them. Yes, yes, exciting things coming up. Since I've always been into beauty and care, like most girls are, so I decided to share with you some of the products that I enjoyed and have impressed me over the past month. Let's get started, right?
1. BellaPierre Lipstick in Mandarina. I have to admit that none of the 50 lipsticks I had really seemed to work for me this summer #firstworldproblem, and I was on a hunt for a perfect orange/mandarin shade. Since I have a Glossybox subscription, in my June box was this gorgeous Bella Pierre lipstick. The vanilla scent is divine, it has a light consistency and is very, very pigmented as you can see bellow, or here. I like wearing it with some minimal makeup in summer, just some eyeliner and mascara and I'm good to go.
2. KORA Organica by Miranda Kerr - Clay Purifying Mask. Having a rather oily/combination skin I was really intrigued by all the good things I heard about this mask. The main purpose is to purify and detox by drawing impurities and unclogging pores and I do agree it does the job. I usually apply it twice a week in a think layer, wait 7-10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly - I can't describe how soft it leaves my face after, baby bottom soft, I tell ya!
3. Sabon - Patchouli Lavender Vanilla hand cream. This is constantly in my bag and, without exaggerating, I think I'm applying it every other hour. People at work are going crazy about it also, the scent is so delicate and it really moisturizes the hands leaving them so soft. Not to mention I'm crazy about the packaging also - this golden vintage vibe is so cool.
4. Karmameju Konjac Sponge. Fourth on my list and a recent addition to my daily face routine is the Konjac Sponge - some Japanese beauty secrets never hurt nobody, right? Hard as rock when you take it out of the box slowly turns into a soft-jelly like consistency under warm water. Works great on its own for a soft exfoliation or in combination with other face cleansers, like for example now I'm using the Kiehl's Green Tea. I'm loving this so much!
5. Erborian CC Creame HD - Last but not least, another Asian product I'm in love with this summer. It has quite medium coverage, SPF 45 and some super high-tech pigments that melt on the skin leaving the face luminous and radiant. I'm honestly can't stop raving about it.
This concludes my top 5 essential beauty products for June and I'm really curious if you've tried any of them before or if you plan on trying maybe? Do you have a beauty or care product that impressed you lately?
