This October, I’m participating in the 31 days challenge that was started by The Nester over at The Nesting Place. The idea of this blogging challenge is that we choose a topic to focus on for the next 31 days. I’ve tried to participate in blogging challenges before and have never made it all the way through, so here’s hoping that’s different this time around.
This post is where you’ll find all of the posts throughout the month (and in the future), linked below the graphic. You can always come back here, whenever you need a reminder that you are loved.
Because that’s what I’ll be talking about. All month. Loving yourself.
At 26, it has taken me a long time to learn to love myself, and I am definitely still learning how to love myself. So that’s also what this month is about. I’ll be taking you through my journey toward loving myself and hopefully we’ll be working together towards loving ourselves better.
The first thing I’ll tell you is that this is hard. It’s hard to love yourself when you don’t like looking in the mirror or wish your body was different or are hearing the words from others (or yourself) that you’re not good enough. And it can be hard to tell yourself that you’re beautiful or that you’re smart or strong. So this month, I’ll be telling you. And hopefully, you’ll learn a few ways to keep loving yourself after October is over.
Have an excellent day, beautiful. I’ll see you tomorrow.
