3 More Ways Congress Can Try To Lower Its 18% Approval Rating

By Nottheworstnews @NotTheWorstNews

Fox News reports that Congress, which has an 18% approval rating, still hasn’t reached a deal to avert the Fiscal Cliff that could result at midnight tonight. So here are 3 more things Congress can do to become less popular than CBS Show “Made In Jersey” which was apparently cancelled after two episodes

1. Announce “no deal” at midnight, because announcing everyone’s taxes are going up when everyone is drunk can’t possibly be a bad idea.

2. Announce “no deal” on a special midnight episode of “Deal Or No Deal,” just after the banker offered everyone in America a free midnight round on John Boehner’s tab!

3. Announce “deal” at 11:30 p.m. Eastern Time, but announce “no deal” at midnight because John Boehner thought he had a deal but subsequently learned he could not get House Republicans on board because they originally thought they were playing a video game of Deal or No Deal to win prize coupons at Dave and Busters, and not actually voting on something.
