3 Kettlebell workouts to burn fat

If you want to burn a lot of fat and don’t want to adopt any complicated ways to lose this extra fat, then buying a fitness tool called the kettlebell might just be what you need to incorporate in your fitness routine.

A kettle bell is an amazing tool that helps you effectively burn a lot of calories while giving your entire body the perfect workout.

You must have caught a glimpse of this tool in the gym or at any sports store. It does not look like much, but if used correctly you’ll be reaching your weight loss goal sooner than you know it.

The weight of the kettle-bell depends on your holding capacity. Beginners usually start out with 10-15 pound kettlebell.

Here are 3 workouts that will help you burn the maximum fat from the kettlebell:

- The Windmill

Raise the kettlebell over your head with your left arm extended in line with your shoulder. Your legs should be apart at shoulder width with your righ foot pointed out at 45 degree and the left foot straight.

Keep your right hand open and slide you hand from the thigh to the ankle of the right foot, bending your body slightly as you do it, keeping the weight directly above your shoulder. Do 15 reps on each side.

- Kettle Pass

Stand on your right leg with your left hanging in the air behind your body. Hold onto the kettlebell in your right hand and pass it in front of your body to your left hand.Then pass it to back to your right hand behind your body. Continue this

counter clock-wise movement for 15 seconds. Switch standing legs and pass the kettle bell in the opposite direction. Continue for another 15 seconds.

- Kettle Lunge and Pass

Begin in a standing position. Step back as far you can, dropping straight down with you back kept straight always, in a lunge position.

Pass the kettle bell under your front thigh to your other hand. Stand back up driving all your weight into your front heel. Complete 15 repetitions and then switch sides.

In a few days of incorporating this workout you will feel the fat burn from your arms, legs and booty. So give this small piece of equipment (kettlebell) a shot to achieve bigger fat burning results.
