Apple’s App Store offers a number of useful apps you can take along with you when you go exercising that will track your progress and give you a boost of support when you need it the most. RunKeeper
This app basically turns your iPhone into a personal trainer that helps you track your walks, bike rides, runs, and hikes via the build-in GPS. The app’s UI is really easy to use, and you can also set goals to run a half marathon, lose weight, set a personal record, as well as chart all of your progress.
Nike+ Moves
This app was designed specifically for the iPhone 5S, and it makes the most out of the phone’s built-in sensor. You earn NikeFuel points through exercise and measure all kinds of activities.

Zombies, Run!
