2013 Fitness Goals

2012 is coming to an end , and I started thinking about my goals for 2013 . I’m always looking for new ways to stay healthy and fit , and years now - eating clean and training at the gym has provided me with a healthy lifestyle . But I decided I want to work on developing more of an active lifestyle , fun ways to challenge myself !
I payed a visit to the website and found plenty of challenges such as 5k’s, mud races, marathons and more throughout the year ! The Color Run seemed like a great event here in Charlotte , NC. This site provided me with tons of information I needed ! What are some ways to challenge yourself in 2013?
