1st of 365- DAY BRIGHT

Welcome #twentyfourteen. Wishing all my family, friends, their friends and my readers a very happy and healthy new year. Unlike others, our NYE was low key complimented with take out food and wine as we stayed indoors taking care of our unwell daughter. The seasonal virus arrived uninvited at the most objectionable time and decided to hang out and ring in the new year in our company...It would be an understatement to say that the whole thing left me troubled and despaired of any celebration.So to cheer up myself, my way on the first day of the year, my choice was to wear this. The vibrant pattern on this  pretty and warm number in addition to the bright tights and gold studded pumps with back bows was sufficient to set up the festive jubilance in me. The inspiration to my tights and shoe color combination comes from this. What if my closet has never seen a pair of bright red silk pants, I could still flaunt this celebrity inspired combination , pairing similar colored shoes with some hot pink tights. Isn't that  signs of  smart copycat ????It's a tad bit bright but as long as you are confident, you are ok. It still remains a perfect outfit to begin a new year with lots of positivity and high energy.
