1960s Giulietta

By Ladylikechic @Ladylike_Chic
1960s Giulietta I've been entranced with up-and-coming designer brand Giulietta New York for a while now.  Designer Sofia Sizzi, one of this year's CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund finalists, creates sleek, sophisticated pieces that give a wink and a nod to a bygone era without being too vintage.  Seeing a designer grow from season to season is always so exciting for me, so that's why I'm so pleased to show off Giulietta New York on Ladylike Chic for the first time.
Inspired by Breakfast at Tiffany's and Miss Holly Golightly herself, Giulietta's Pre-Fall 2013 collection is absolutely gorgeous.  1960s silhouettes, like the classic cigarette pant and shift dress, balance sublimely with the modernly bold colors and clean lines.  And the dégradé floral print is an ingenious take on the hippie 1960s without going full on Hendrix.
I have a feeling we'll be seeing a lot more of Giulietta New York on Ladylike Chic as the seasons go by.  But for now, enjoy the full 13-look collection below...
