Family Magazine
I thought i'd start this week off with some meal inspiration for you all, I'm always looking for new meals to make for the family, especially those that require little time and less clearing up afterwards! A staple in our house is definitely pasta, it can be so versatile and most recipes can be created using just one pot! However it's not just yummy pasta meals you can conjure up in one pot, there are thousands of recipes out there using potatoes, chicken, quinoa and rice which are bound to get your inspired for your next food shop!
What I love about these is you can pretty much just chuck in whatever you fancy, if you like the look of the courgette and mushroom spaghetti but someone in the family doesn't like mushrooms, just substitute it for something else, you can change them up to suit you all!
I would suggest investing in a Le Creuset pot for some of them, but they are great for most meals too, so definitely a great investment! If not, just use your biggest saucepan and you're ready to go! Without further ado, here are my current favorite one pot recipes i've found online!

Teriyaki Chicken & Pineapple Rice by Carl's Bad Cravings
